Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor solids processing for CO₂ extraction equipment
• Prepare and process raw materials to meet production specifications
• Monitor and interact with automated equipment control systems
• Perform routine equipment inspection, setup, calibration, and cleaning
• Collect samples and record data to ensure consistent product quality
• Maintain accurate production logs, work orders, and operational data
• Follow all safety protocols, including handling of CO₂ and cGMP standards
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2+ years of production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Food industry experience preferred
• Experience operating PLC-controlled or automated processing equipment preferred
• Basic computer skills for electronic production records
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and measurement devices
• Ability to lift up to 57 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, and reach regularly
