Production Technician Oligonucleotide

Responsibilities

• Control, monitor, and observe manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical oligonucleotides
• Perform GMP-compliant documentation and control batch records
• Assist in the qualification of production equipment
• Prepare and conduct in-process controls and sampling
• Execute cleaning, maintenance, and simple repair tasks on production plants
• Prepare manufacturing campaigns by providing equipment, solvents, and raw materials
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of production processes and workflows

Requirements

• Completed training as Chemikant, Chemielaborant, Pharma-technologist, or an equivalent qualification
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts; no night shift model)
• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
• Strong reliability, independence, and ability to work in a team
• Structured and clean working style

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a GMP environment
• Experience working in cleanroom conditions
• Knowledge of organic synthesis and chromatographic purification
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as HPLC/UPLC
