Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Building electro-mechanical sub-assemblies to integrate into the final product
• Supporting electrical builds and soldering of PCBs and wire harnesses
• Inserting rivets, nuts, and other fasteners into mechanical components
• Following assembly instructions and interpreting mechanical & electrical drawings
• Operating power hand tools such as drills, impact drivers, and angle grinders
• Performing quality inspections, part assembly, and part assessments
• Receiving, logging, and maintaining inventory of production-related components

Requirements

• Previous hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical component manufacturing
• Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Understanding of workplace safety in a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing processes
