Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) on production lines to increase availability and capacity
• Troubleshoot complex technical problems and participate in installation and validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of new equipment
• Ensure technical maintenance and modifications in cleanrooms comply with GMP regulations and hygiene requirements
• Perform rounds, minor service, and preventive/corrective maintenance in consultation with production staff
• Coordinate and follow up with external contractors during major service work and projects
• Create and update SOPs, Change Control, and deviation reports

Requirements

• University or vocational degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, automation, or equivalent
• Extensive experience as a production technician, preferably within pharmaceuticals, food, or other strictly regulated industries
• Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and working in cleanroom environments
• Experience with mechanics, pneumatics, and basic understanding of control systems (PLC)
• Solid knowledge of strategic and tactical preventive and corrective maintenance
• Fluent in Swedish and good proficiency in English

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ validation processes
