Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure production requirements are met while operating the facility in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner
• Respond to unplanned events and make technical decisions independently
• Coordinate with operators, management, engineering, and maintenance teams to maintain operational continuity
• Perform safe startup, shutdown, and operation of plant equipment
• Monitor plant performance, troubleshoot process issues, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality assurance programs
• Support Fill Zone operations, including trailer filling and railcar loading/unloading
• Maintain accurate operational records, work orders, and process data
• Participate in rotating shift schedules, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant industrial operations, manufacturing, or leadership experience preferred
• Experience with installation, operation, and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
• Working knowledge of Hazardous Work Permit processes and Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
