Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the air separation facility
• Operate equipment and adjust controls to maintain proper flows, pressures, and product purity
• Perform routine operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and product loading
• Monitor equipment performance, including cooling efficiency and system effectiveness
• Read and interpret P&IDs and control logic diagrams
• Conduct cooling tower water testing and make necessary adjustments
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance with maintenance teams
• Maintain facility buildings, grounds, and related equipment
• Use computer systems and Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders
• Ability to work in confined spaces and wear required PPE
• Basic computer and technical skills
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or apprenticeship in a related field
• Experience in continuous chemical or industrial operations
