Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair cryogenic liquid and gas systems, including storage vessels, pipelines, and control systems
• Perform system commissioning, start-ups, shutdowns, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Maintain and repair instrumentation such as transmitters, meters, and automatic valves
• Troubleshoot electrical systems (<600 VAC) and interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS and manage spare parts inventory
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety, regulatory, and operational procedures, including LOTO
• Identify and report safety risks, incidents, and near misses to maintain a safe work environment
• Support on-call rotation and extended hours as needed

Requirements

• Associate degree, technical certificate, or recent military training in a technical field
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in industrial plant operations or maintenance
• Ability to climb ladders and perform work at elevated heights
• Physical capability to lift 45–75 lbs. and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
• Ability to operate a forklift and aerial manlift (upon company qualification)
• Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, and participate in on-call rotations
