Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate and control industrial processes to achieve required flows, pressures, purities, and performance targets
• Monitor product purity, inventory, and equipment performance using HMI and remote plant controls
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and permit requirements, including LOTO and hazard recognition
• Maintain product quality standards and support quality programs and audits
• Track and support production KPIs and performance goals
• Use EAM systems to manage maintenance work orders and support maintenance teams
• Read and interpret P&IDs, control loop logic, and process interactions
• Work a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (7 days on / 7 days off / 7 days on-call)

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an industrial production environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer and technical skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to wear required PPE and qualify for a full-face respirator
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Process Technology degree or equivalent apprenticeship
• Experience in continuous chemical operations
