Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a cryogenic air separation plant to ensure reliable and efficient performance
• Perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to uphold plant safety and equipment integrity
• Monitor process performance and adjust operational parameters to maintain reliability, quality, and efficiency
• Adhere to company, customer, and regulatory safety work policies and report all incidents promptly
• Collect and interpret trends in equipment and process condition data to support proactive maintenance
• Oversee contractors performing routine and non-routine work to ensure safety compliance and quality execution
• Execute lock-out tag-out procedures and recommend improvements to enhance process availability

Requirements

• Experience operating production processes or systems in an industrial environment
• Proficiency in mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial instrumentation
• Familiarity with controls and HMI platforms such as Wonderware, Rockwell, or Siemens
• Ability to read and revise engineering drawings, including P&IDs and schematic wiring diagrams
• Experience safely operating forklifts, cranes, and aerial work platforms
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Strong commitment to safety and clear technical communication skills
