Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Read and follow Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job-Safety Analysis (JSA), and production schedules
• Perform machine operations and operate equipment including fork trucks, electric hoists, scales, and label machines
• Support and participate in safety initiatives and policies to maintain a secure work environment
• Ensure inventory accuracy through basic math and maintaining an organized workspace
• Complete production tasks on time while adhering to strict safety and quality requirements
• Follow step-by-step instructions provided by senior operators via turnover reports or verbal guidance

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• Ability to read, comprehend, and understand complex work instructions
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) across all units of measure
• Ability to operate a fork truck and electric hoist
• Physical ability to lift 40lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Ability to wear a full-face or half-face respirator
• Ability to work the 2nd shift (02:00pm - 10:30pm), Monday through Friday

• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite
