About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment to maximize efficiency
  • Perform preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, and minor repairs or adjustments
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and quality standards
  • Record all required production data, including charts and process adjustments
  • Execute standard work for Autonomous (AM) and Preventative (PM) maintenance activities
  • Monitor production lines for defective materials to ensure high quality standards

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment
  • 1 year of experience monitoring and performing product quality testing
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software
  • Strong mathematical skills for production calculations and loss/waste analysis
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive motions (kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching)
  • Flexibility to work 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 1:00pm - 9:30pm) and overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment
