Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production and packaging equipment in an aseptic manufacturing facility
• Perform machine changeovers, cleaning, and sanitization of all equipment
• Conduct preventative and autonomous maintenance activities to maximize operational efficiency
• Monitor production lines for defective materials and ensure high quality standards
• Record essential production data, including charts and process adjustments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
• Replenish production materials and perform minor mechanical repairs as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience working with automated machinery and troubleshooting electrical/mechanical equipment
• 1+ years of experience in product quality testing and monitoring
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer software
• Strong mathematical skills for production calculations and waste analysis
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance
• Physical ability to kneel, squat, bend, stoop, and stand for significant periods
• Availability to work 3rd shift (Monday - Friday, 9:00 pm - 5:30 am) and flexibility for overtime or weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an aseptic manufacturing environment
