Production Technician II

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor production machinery to maximize output and ensure high standards of safety and quality
• Support the site's TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) journey and participate in Kaizen activities
• Identify and address equipment and material issues as they occur
• Partner with Maintenance and Quality organizations to drive site performance via the Daily Management System
• Lead or support cross-functional improvement initiatives to streamline material flow and increase efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and cooperation during shift transitions
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including conducting safety audits and participating in risk reduction initiatives

Requirements

• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Basic mathematical and mechanical skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 75 pounds frequently without assistance
• Ability to stand for significant periods on the manufacturing floor
• Flexibility to work a 4x10 day shift schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with material batching and CIP/COP processes
• Ability to support Subject Matter Expert responsibilities related to MES and WES transactions
