Production Technician I, STS

Responsibilities

• Operate, supply, and maintain filling and pump room equipment including centrifugal pumps, pneumatic valves, and automated filter testers
• Set up and adjust filling equipment using electrical control panels (HMI) or manual adjustments
• Perform cleaning, sanitization, and filter integrity testing according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Execute batch/code changes, tank changes, and filter changes as required
• Document manufacturing logs and production information in the POMS system
• Perform minor routine and preventative maintenance and identify necessary facility repairs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S principles and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• English written and oral communication skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and use a calculator
• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency with hand tools and measurement tools
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive reaching, bending, and pushing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a Production Technician or Material Handler
• Manufacturing experience involving preventative maintenance or machine troubleshooting
