About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and adjust manual and automated filling equipment using electrical control panels (HMI).
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance, including alignment adjustments, part replacement, cleaning, and lubrication.
  • Conduct scheduled quality checks, inspect finished products, and identify any deviations in production.
  • Document manufacturing logs and required information within the POMS system.
  • Set up, load, and replenish production supplies using a powered industrial truck (PIT).
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area following 6S principles and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Read blueprints and use measurement tools to ensure product output meets strict specifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and oral).
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and the use of calculators.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, squatting, climbing, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Career Readiness Certification (CRC) at the Silver level.
  • Previous experience as a Production Technician or in a manufacturing environment involving machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
