Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Construct various column types to meet internal and external customer requirements
• Manufacture PolyFrits following established processes and methodologies
• Conduct quality spot checks and collaborate with QC team members to rectify issues
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and company Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) policies
• Follow work instructions and checklists for daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning
• Provide insights for process and equipment improvements
• Support product pick and pack processes for customer orders

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of prior experience in manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree
• 3 years of experience in consumables manufacturing
