Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Construct various column types to meet customer requirements
• Manufacture PolyFrits following established methodologies
• Conduct quality spot checks and collaborate with QC team
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and PPE policies
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Suggest process and equipment improvements
• Support product pick and pack processes for shipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree
• 3 years of experience in consumables manufacturing
