Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes and operate manufacturing equipment safely
• Maintain compliance with high standards for safety and quality (GMP, HACCP, SQF)
• Resolve production line issues and execute standard work procedures
• Track production data and participate in lean daily management processes
• Generate ideas for productivity and continuous improvement
• Demonstrate core company values including Team First and Deliver Big

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, kneel, and squat for the entire shift
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations
• Comfort with basic computer functions and learning production software
• Ability to work in various temperature and humidity conditions

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating high-speed production machinery
• 1 year of experience in product quality monitoring
• Mechanical understanding or prior manufacturing experience
