About the role

Responsibilities

  • Operate, monitor, and make minor adjustments to manual and automated filling equipment using HMI controls or manual adjustments.
  • Perform scheduled quality checks, identify deviations, and take appropriate action, including stopping production if necessary.
  • Document manufacturing information accurately on logs and within the POMS system.
  • Set up, load, and replenish production supplies using a powered industrial truck (PIT).
  • Execute batch/code changes, tank changes, and sub-lots as required.
  • Use measurement tools to ensure product output meets strict specifications.
  • Perform and document scheduled cleaning activities and maintain a safe work area using 6S principles.
  • Adhere to rigorous quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Basic English communication skills (written and oral) to understand safety and quality instructions.
  • Proficiency in basic mathematics and the ability to use a calculator.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to use measurement tools and basic hand tools.
  • Ability to work in a cleanroom environment with required gowning/PPE.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and perform repetitive tasks such as grasping, pushing, pulling, and reaching.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Production Technician or in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with preventative maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
