Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform final kits assembly of Bio-Rad packaged products used for diagnostic testing platforms.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of components and products to ensure high standards.
• Interpret and adhere to procedures and work instructions while leading production teams to execute tasks.
• Complete and review required quality documentation, process orders, and batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Manage inventory and quality transactions using the SAP Inventory System.
• Support production goals through manual carton packing or operating semi-automated machine lines.

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Mid-level professional experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in mathematics, reading, and writing.
• Proven ability to act as a goal-oriented team leader.
• Strong skills in time, people, and resource management.
• Familiarity with using computers and various software applications.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of teammates.
