Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform final kit assembly of packaged products used for diagnostic testing platforms.
• Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of components and products.
• Lead production teams or work on semi-automated machine lines and manual packing lines.
• Interpret and adhere to work instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Complete and review quality documentation, process orders, and batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Manage inventory and quality transactions using the SAP Inventory System.
• Note: This is a second shift position (1:30 PM to 10:00 PM).

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Mid-level professional experience in a production environment.
• Proficiency in mathematics, reading, and writing.
• Proven ability to act as a goal-oriented team leader.
• Strong ability to manage time, people, and resources.
• Familiarity with computer software and digital systems.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of teammates.
