Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory tasks including filling and labeling component containers, packaging filled containers into final kits, plate coating operations, and buffer preparation
• Adhere to cGMP procedures and good laboratory practices to ensure high-quality material production
• Create job packets for products using Excel, Word, SAP ERP, and other documentation systems
• Operate and troubleshoot minor manufacturing equipment and process issues
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to meet production goals

Requirements

• 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail to minimize defects
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions accurately
• Troubleshooting skills for equipment and processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Background or degree in a chemistry-related field
• Experience operating production machinery
• Prior experience working within a cGMP manufacturing environment
