Production Technician I

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust Kiefel machinery using electrical control panels (HMI) or manual adjustments
• Load and replenish production supplies including injection sites, tubing, and roll stock
• Perform scheduled quality checks, inspect finished products, and identify deviations
• Document manufacturing information on logs and within the POMS system
• Execute material changeovers and maintain a clean, safe work area using 6S principles
• Identify and escalate mechanical, safety, or quality issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-2 years of manufacturing or Production Technician experience, including machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance
• Proficiency in basic mathematics and the use of measurement tools (calipers, rulers, etc.)
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds and stand/walk continuously throughout a shift
• Strong understanding of safety and quality instructions and the ability to follow written work instructions
