Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Breakdown cured batches and extracted oil into multiple weight increments and package them accordingly
• Maintain precise counts of packaged products and weights for accurate end-of-day inventory reconciliation
• Package infused and plant material into proper containers with correct labeling for state compliance
• Electronically convert packaged products in the state traceability system
• Manage time efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining quality
• Perform sanitation and cleanup of all processing areas throughout the day

Requirements

• High School Education or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a production environment
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with high efficiency over 8-hour periods
• Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must possess a valid driver’s license or state ID
• Must pass required background checks and be approved by state badging agencies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing medical cannabis or other botanicals
• Understanding of cannabis laws, rules, and regulations
