Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and maintain smooth process flow
• Effectively operate packaging machinery and perform routine maintenance
• Keep the workplace, equipment, and machinery organized and clean
• Ensure materials are prepared to support a stable production environment
• Support daily batch preparation and production activities

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a production environment
• Familiarity with production and packaging equipment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to perform repetitive arm motions
• Ability to regularly lift and carry at least 50 lbs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Experience with MS Office (Teams, Excel, Word)
