Production Technician, Consumables

Responsibilities

• Process silica wafers through etching, dicing, cleaning, inspection, assembly, and packaging operations
• Operate and monitor specialized manufacturing equipment including chemical etch systems, wafer dicing equipment, and UV curing systems
• Follow SOPs and manufacturing instructions while maintaining product quality and traceability
• Perform inspections and identify defects in wafers, components, and finished products
• Safely handle chemicals and manufacturing materials in accordance with EHS requirements
• Maintain cleanroom and manufacturing work areas to company standards
• Support troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in semiconductor, medical device, optics, or precision manufacturing preferred
• Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing chemical safety practices
• Excellent manual dexterity for handling fragile wafers and glass substrates
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work independently
