Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the continuous and efficient operation of production machinery
• Respond promptly to unexpected technical failures, including electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
• Perform troubleshooting and repair of equipment malfunctions
• Optimize machine performance and monitor process control indicators and values
• Ensure high product quality and analyze deviations to develop improvement suggestions
• Execute product changeovers and perform routine preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Mid-level technical degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-machine, automated serial production environment
• Practical mechanical skills and hands-on experience with machinery
• Ability and motivation to learn new technical skills and systems
• Willingness to work a 4-shift rotation schedule (12/24/12/48)
• Ability to adhere to strict gowning and safety protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems
• Experience working with camera inspection systems
