Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform complex core repairs, teardowns, and intricate rework on non-conforming products
• Utilize Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to track parts and manage material routing
• Investigate process deviations, defect spikes, and quality issues using root cause analysis
• Partner with Manufacturing Engineers to redesign and optimize station layouts
• Design, assemble, and build custom racking, flow racks, and specialized workstations
• Assist Production Associates and Leads to relieve bottlenecks and ensure production targets are met
• Provide frontline feedback to engineering teams to ensure process changes are scalable

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in process technology, complex electromechanical assembly, or high-tech manufacturing
• Deep understanding of root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D)
• Proficiency in navigating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions
• Physical capability to stand/walk for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
