Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals
• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices, including food safety and PPE requirements
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Inspect aluminum to ensure it meets proper quality standards and customer specifications
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the production team to uphold ethical integrity

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mechanical job-related field
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
• Ability to work a rotating swing shift (12.25 hour days, 3 days on/3 days off, rotating days to nights every nine weeks)

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
