Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production equipment following standard operating procedures to ensure safe and stable operation
• Monitor production lines and respond to basic equipment stops or alarms
• Perform visual and dimensional quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards
• Identify and report equipment abnormalities or process deviations to leadership
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE and participation in safety audits
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through regular housekeeping tasks
• Minimize material waste through correct handling and operation of machinery

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Basic computer skills for digital communication and task execution
• Mechanical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical systems and tools
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4 days on / 4 days off)
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods in a loud, fast-paced manufacturing environment
