Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End and Back-End equipment on the aluminum can production line to ensure productivity and process stability
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance following TPM guidelines, including inspections, adjustments, and component replacement
• Participate in line setups and conversions using SMED concepts to minimize downtime
• Execute quality inspections of processes and products to ensure compliance with formation and coating parameters
• Monitor spoilage, rejects, and raw material consumption to reduce waste and maintain operational results
• Maintain an organized workspace following 5S and Lean principles while strictly adhering to safety and environmental standards

Requirements

• Technical degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields
• Proven experience in production or equipment maintenance
• Availability to work onsite in Pouso Alegre/MG
• Ability to work a 3x2x2 shift schedule (rotating shifts between 07:00-19:00 and 19:00-07:00)
