Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and repair high-speed production equipment to meet plant production goals
• Assist with performing preventative maintenance on assigned equipment
• Inspect aluminum for proper quality standards and customer specifications
• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices, including food safety and PPE requirements
• Collaborate effectively with the production crew to maintain operational success

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a mechanical job-related field
• Demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment
