Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate production stations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals
• Comply with established safety, hygiene, and quality policies and procedures
• Perform operational production functions including balancing, discharging, and bagging products
• Conduct visual inspections of products during the process and on finished goods
• Support product changeovers and assist maintainers as required
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the work area
• Provide clear and accurate information to the incoming shift

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato)
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
