Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Operate production stations following safety, hygiene, and quality policies and procedures.
• Perform operational production functions including balancing, discharging, and bagging products as required.
• Conduct visual inspections of products during the process and on finished goods.
• Support product changeovers and assist maintainers as needed.
• Maintain order and cleanliness within the work area.
• Provide clear and accurate information to the incoming shift.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachillerato).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
