Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Control and monitor production plants for chemical and pharmaceutical products
• Supervise, observe, and document the entire manufacturing process in accordance with GMP guidelines
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and repair work on equipment, apparatus, and plants
• Coordinate the parallel production of multiple batches within the team, including the preparation of equipment, solvents, and raw materials
• Prepare in-process controls and perform simple analyses
• Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of production plants and workflows

Requirements

• Completed training as a Chemikant or Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe
• Proven experience working in a GMP environment
• Experience with PCS 7 process control systems and paperless documentation
• Experience working in cleanroom environments and handling highly active ingredients
• Experience with the commissioning of new plants and processes
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift operation (6/4 rotation)
• High quality awareness and a reliable, team-oriented mindset
