Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and operating production machinery to efficiently manufacture products
• Monitor the production process to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards
• Perform quality checks on products and identify defects or issues
• Maintain accurate production logs and documentation of machinery performance
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow
• Participate in regular maintenance of production equipment and report malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Production Technician or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
