Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications and safety guidelines
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety
• Conduct quality control checks and document outcomes
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report any equipment malfunctions or process issues
• Maintain accurate production records and assist in inventory management
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve issues
• Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant technical training is advantageous
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Basic understanding of production machinery and maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively
• Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required
