Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the hydrogen plant
• Support and comply with all safety, health, and environmental procedures and process safety management practices
• Develop equipment purging and isolation plans and prepare equipment for maintenance activities
• Enter work orders into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
• Fill and prepare liquid hydrogen trailers for shipment
• Perform chemical analysis of water samples and operate the Reverse Osmosis System and water treatment plant
• Work toward proficiency on the DCS system
• Coordinate with management and logistics regarding product delivery activities

Requirements

• 1+ years of related industrial operations experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Knowledge of MS Office or Google software
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb vertical ladders
• Ability to work in confined spaces and wear a respirator
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-year Associates degree in a technical field or technical training
• Prior industrial gas experience
• Understanding of the basic SMR/Liquification Process
