About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain plant production, operating efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety
  • Apply plant safety rules, regulations, and company policies to protect the team
  • Identify potential maintenance needs and enter work orders into the Maximo system
  • Perform work in alignment with standard operating and maintenance procedures
  • Issue safe work permit documentation and perform lock-out/tag-out of equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints, flow charts, process piping ISOs, and schematics
  • Perform operator rounds, water samples, truck loading, and operations PMs
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to documentation and record retention policies

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday - Friday schedule)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders
  • Ability to work in non-conditioned environments and enter confined spaces
  • Ability to wear required PPE including hardhat, safety glasses, and FRC clothing

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Associates degree
  • 2+ years of technical training or operations experience
  • Knowledge of instrumentation, rotating equipment, and piping systems
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PSM, EPA, or FDA
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
  • Experience operating forklifts, man lifts, or overhead cranes
