Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe stewardship and sustaining of a large Airgas Merchant Gas Air Separation Production facility.
• Maintain plant production, operating efficiency, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Acquire knowledge of all plant operations, including processes, equipment, and site-specific action plans.
• Participate in incident investigations, document reporting, and work order processes using management software.
• Collaborate with product scheduling teams to meet customer requirements and ensure accurate documentation.
• Comply with all local and federal regulations, including OSHA, EPA, and DOT, as well as company safety policies.
• Support on-site contractors and visitors by ensuring training requirements are met and documented.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations.
• Valid U.S. employment authorization (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience working in an industrial facility.
• Experience working with cryogenics.
