Production Technician

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and subassemblies by following written and verbal work instructions, blueprints, and parts lists.
• Position and fasten parts using templates and measurements to ensure proper fit and correct connections.
• Verify component accuracy by using precision measuring instruments to meet required specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions as needed.
• Monitor inventory levels, check stock, and verify received supplies to maintain production flow.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company safety policies and participating in 5S activities.
• Complete production and quality documentation to track actions and results.

Requirements

• Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, specifications, charts, tables, and tape measures.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and basic math skills.
• Computer proficiency to support task completion and documentation.
• High School diploma or one year of related work experience.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, stoop, or kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
