Production Tech I

Responsibilities

• Lead a production team or work on designated assignments to achieve production objectives
• Execute tasks on semi-automated machine lines, manual carton packing lines, or other production support roles
• Interpret and adhere to procedures and work instructions while leading team members
• Complete and review required quality documentation, process orders, and batch records following Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Perform inventory and quality transactions using the SAP Inventory System

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Mid-level work experience in a production environment
• Proficiency in mathematics, reading, and writing
• Strong team leadership and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage time, people, and resources effectively
• Computer literacy and familiarity with software systems
• Ability to work onsite in Irvine, California (First shift: 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM)
