Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the production process to achieve production plans and KPIs (OEE, productivity, IDC) according to company standards.
• Plan tools, capacity, machinery, and stock levels to ensure smooth operations and avoid production issues.
• Monitor daily production performance and react to target deviations in collaboration with the team.
• Manage stock for molding parts, Kanban, and inventory within the SAP system.
• Ensure accurate production data recording, including hourly output and loss time, in SAP.
• Implement and maintain activities related to the Bosch Production System (BPS), such as 5S.
• Support continuous improvement, cost-saving initiatives, and Industry 4.0 activities on the shop floor.
• Manage 4M changes and maintain the latest production documentation.

Requirements

• High Vocational Certificate or above.
• 3 years of experience in people management.
• Basic knowledge of the injection molding process.
• Experience working within the plastic mold industry.
• Experience as an SAP shop floor key user or experience with SAP analysis.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally.
