Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve production schedules and KPIs
• Manage day-to-day production and planning functions to meet customer requirements
• Oversee the molding, assembly, and testing of components and devices
• Ensure strict compliance with GMP Quality, OH&S, and regulatory standards
• Implement strategic and operational objectives through effective resource management
• Provide immediate supervision to semi-skilled employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring work quality
• Assist in setting up workstations and following process specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production operations environment
• Technical knowledge of production processes and machinery
• Proven expertise in production and manpower planning
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data to drive operational decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, food and beverage, or chemicals
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles
• Background in Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
