Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Supervise production work to ensure compliance with quality, efficiency, and waste reduction standards
• Build a positive work environment and motivate the team to achieve goals
• Plan, organize, and oversee team activities
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Planning teams to align production with sales
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Packaging, and Warehouse departments
• Maintain order, safety, and hygiene standards
• Perform production and order packaging tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high-speed mass production
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Resilience and flexibility in facing challenges
• Availability for 12-hour shift work
• Sanitary-epidemiological certificate (costs covered if not held)
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• A love for dogs
