Production Team Leader (Nights)

Responsibilities

• Lead the production team during night shifts (6pm-6am, 4 on 4 off) to deliver the production plan
• Communicate shift targets in senior leadership meetings and daily huddles
• Prioritize health and safety through regular equipment checks and monitoring worker activities
• Build, train, and develop high-performing teams through 1-1s and regular feedback
• Manage employee relations, including return-to-work meetings and first-stage absence reviews
• Maintain quality assurance standards and coordinate with technical and engineering departments
• Ensure worker scheduling and attendance records are accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in a team leadership role
• Knowledge of warehouse fulfillment and working toward production targets
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and general computer literacy
• Food Safety Level 2 qualification
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work a night shift rotation across every day of the week

Preferred Qualifications

• HACCP knowledge is advantageous but not essential
