Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of toolmakers to ensure injection molds are in good working order for production.
• Diagnose molds after production campaigns and oversee their maintenance and repair.
• Order spare parts and manage the spare parts stock in coordination with the UAP Manager.
• Drive technical improvements and participate in the development and setup of new molds.
• Perform machine tool operations for simple retouching, rework, and polishing.
• Distribute priorities to the team, provide guidance, and handle delicate mold repairs.
• Maintain computerized tracking of mold maintenance using ORFEO and MICROMAIN.

Requirements

• Bac Pro to BTS Technicien Outilleur or Mécanique.
• Proven experience in mold tooling or fitting.
• Proficiency in machining techniques including milling, fitting, and grinding.
• Ability to read technical blueprints and drawings.
• Strong sense of rigor, method, precision, and teamwork.
• A continuous improvement mindset to propose production tool enhancements.
