Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Maintain H&S standards and performance on site
• Supervise the night shift team and running of the Ford Facility
• Operate mobile and fixed plant in a hands-on capacity
• Monitor and review production teams to ensure continuous improvement
• Report and record deficiencies within the plant
• Monitor staff training and compliance
• Liaise with the management team on operational performance
• Deputise for the Shift Leader in their absence
• Liaise with external and internal customers professionally

Requirements

• Previous management or supervisor experience with large teams in production or manufacturing environments
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
• Working knowledge of H&S
• Knowledge of ISO accreditations and requirements
• IOSH certification (Desirable)
• Experience in the waste sector (Desirable)
• Understanding of engineering or mechanical principles (Desirable)
