Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and workshop indicators
• Enforce QHSEE policies and guarantee team safety
• Identify, treat, and promote the reporting of deviations
• Manage and develop the skills of teams (10 to 20 people)
• Conduct individual interviews and maintain team cohesion and motivation
• Act as an internal interlocutor for various services regarding production matters
• Contribute to the development of new organizations and processes
• Participate in continuous improvement projects

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing operational teams in an industrial environment
• Strong leadership skills and ability to act as a role model
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Proficiency with ERP and Microsoft Office suite
• Willingness to work in shift patterns (2x7) or night shifts
• English proficiency is a plus
