Production Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead production activities focusing on safety, quality, and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with production schedules and workshop indicators
• Enforce QHSEE policies and guarantee team safety
• Manage and develop a team of 10 to 20 people
• Identify, treat, and promote the reporting of deviations
• Implement progress plans and encourage new ideas from collaborators
• Conduct individual performance reviews and maintain team cohesion
• Act as an internal interlocutor for various services regarding production matters
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and process development

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational team management within an industrial environment
• Proven leadership skills and ability to act as a role model
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Availability to work in shifts (2x7) or night shifts
• English proficiency is a plus
